To ensure a smooth event arrangement and a pleasant buffet experience, we kindly appreciate your help with the following arrangements. Thank you for your support.

• Ice Preparation 冰块准备：Sweetness will provide basic ice supply. Extra ice is recommended for higher consumption. Sweetness 会提供基本冰块，如预计用量较多，建议准备额外冰块备用。
• Waste Management 垃圾整理：Garbage bags are recommended to help keep the area clean during the event. 建议准备垃圾袋，方便活动期间保持场地整洁。
• Table & Chair Setup 桌椅安排：If tables and chairs are rented, kindly arrange setup in advance, excluding Sweetness tables, to allow us more time for buffet preparation. 如有租借桌椅，请提前完成摆放，Sweetness 提供的餐桌除外，方便我们进行 Buffet 准备。
• Power Supply 电源安排：Kindly reserve 1-2 wall sockets for buffet use. 麻烦预留 1-2 个墙壁插座，方便 Buffet 使用。

Orders & Payment 订购与付款须知

• Cutlery is provided at twice the number of guests. Additional sets are available for purchase. 提供的餐具数量为人数的两倍，如需更多，可额外购买。
• Carrying items upstairs incurs an additional charge of RM80-RM130 for 2 ways. 上楼服务需额外收取 RM80-RM130 双程费用。
• Delivery to designated remote areas will incur an additional fee of RM50-RM180 for transportation and setup, 2 ways. 指定范围或偏远地区外送需加收 RM50-RM180 运费及摆盘费用。
• Free delivery and buffet setup for orders RM1,388 and above within 8 km. Beyond 8 km, minimum order is RM1,688. 订单满 RM1,388，8 公里范围内可享免费送货及自助餐桌布置；超出 8 公里，最低订单需 RM1,688。
• Customers are responsible for checking order and delivery details. The company is not responsible for any charges due to customer oversight. 请客户核对订单及送餐信息，如因疏忽产生费用，公司概不负责。
• A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. Deposit is non-refundable. 确认订单后需支付 50% 订金，订金不可退还。
• Full payment is due before the event. 活动开始前请支付全额。
• A 10% service charge applies for full venue booking. 店内包场需另加 10% 服务费。

Catering Service Hour 餐饮服务时间

• Delivery time may be adjusted within 30 minutes before or after. Thank you for understanding. 送餐时间会根据实际情况调整，允许前后 30 分钟误差，感谢理解。
• Collection time will be arranged reasonably to ensure smooth service. 收餐时间会合理安排，确保服务顺利进行。
• Please consume within 2 hours after delivery. Quality cannot be guaranteed afterward. 建议送达后 2 小时内食用，逾时公司不保证食物质量。
• After confirmation of delivery, the company is not responsible for later contamination. 食物确认无误后，后续污染公司不负责，敬请知悉。

Important 重要事项

• The company reserves the right to change the menu without prior notice. 本公司保留在未另行通知的情况下更换菜单的权利。
• In the event of ingredient unavailability, items will be replaced with alternatives of equal value. 如遇食材短缺，将以同等价值的菜式替代，敬请谅解。
• Any damage to buffet equipment or items will be charged based on the actual cost. 如自助餐设备或物品有任何损坏，将按实际价值收取赔偿费用。
• Cleaning services are not provided. Kindly take note. 本公司不提供垃圾清理服务，敬请留意。

Private Event Guidelines 包场温馨提醒

1. For date changes, please inform us 10 days in advance. Arrangement is subject to availability. 如需更改活动日期，请提前 10 天通知，我们将根据档期协助安排。
2. Please complete your event within the reserved time, including setup and cleanup. Additional charges may apply for overtime. 请于预订时间内完成活动，包括布置与整理，超时将视情况收取额外费用。
3. To maintain our dining quality, outside food and beverages are not allowed. Celebration cakes are welcome with prior notice. 为保持用餐品质，恕不接受外带食物及饮料，仅开放携带庆祝蛋糕，并请提前告知。
4. Please check with us before bringing alcoholic beverages. 携带酒精饮料前，请先与店家确认。
5. For a clean environment, glitter, coloured powder, confetti, confetti cannons, snow spray, bubble machines, and similar items are not permitted. 为保持环境整洁，恕不使用亮粉、彩粉、碎纸彩带、彩带炮、喷雪及泡泡机等物品。
6. Please confirm any decoration 场景布置 with us in advance. 场地布置请提前与店家沟通确认。
7. Please take care of our facilities. Any damage or loss will be charged accordingly. 请爱护店内设施，如有损坏或遗失，相关费用由主办单位负责。
8. Smoking, vaping, dangerous items, and flammable materials are not allowed. 店内禁止吸烟及电子烟，并请勿携带危险或易燃物品。
9. Please ensure children's safety and avoid unsafe activities. 请协助照顾儿童安全，避免奔跑或危险行为。
10. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required. 如活动后需要额外清洁，店家将视情况收取清洁费用。
11. Guests consuming alcohol are kindly reminded to behave responsibly and avoid any disturbance. 饮酒后请保持理性，避免争执、冲突或影响他人的行为。
12. A RM280 cleaning fee applies if additional cleaning and sanitisation are required due to vomiting. 如因呕吐导致额外清洁及消毒，将收取 RM280 清洁费。
13. Sweetness Le Cafe reserves the right to update these guidelines and make the final interpretation. Sweetness Le Cafe 保留调整以上条例及最终解释权。
